console commands

Is there a list somewhere of console commands? I haven't played in a LONG time, and seem to remember being able to spawn in turrets and subsystems in creative mode using a command. I can't remember how to do that though, or even how to access the console for that matter lol. The creative mode is nice for building, but it doesn't seem to have a way to equip your newly minted ship for testing......

type "/devmode" in chat if it is not already enabled and then you can access that menu either with F2 or F4 can't remember right now.
