How to edit faction colour on hud and map

Hi All,

I have searched and scoured the internet but cannot find an answer. Is there any way I can change what colour my alliance appears as in the map and HUD? I'm really not a fan of the pink/bright purple colour that the devs chose to represent alliances. I know I can change settings on the galaxy map to how faction colours instead of reputation levels but that still doesn't change my alliance colours in sector or in map.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ahhhh devastating, do you know if there's any plans to introduce this in the future? I really do love this game and the pink alliance colour is my only real gripe,

Don't know If they will change the color. Only Koonschi can answer this...
