The game lags so much that I can't even play it, but if you put the work in to get it on Geforce Now then honestly it would be plain ridiculous, of course I'm unsure what the processes would be in transferring ship designs if that isn't able to be done with Steam Cloud if it isn't already, let alone world saves.

I run Avorion on a 5yro laptop with a 970M GPU and have literally no issues at all? Most settings on "High" or "Very High" with 1920x1080 borderless.

What GPU are you using and what settings are you trying to play at? Try disabling Ambient Occlusion and lowering all the shadows to Low or Normal.

i got you all beat gt620 1gb , with 16 gb ram on dual core , runs great on lower settings and looks good enough to even do 720p streams and even higher on recorded vids

I don't think there is any. GeForce Now just runs the game as normal on their system and sends you the video. It works exactly the same as the version you run on your PC, it's just running on a different system, still through Steam, still able to access workshop and cloud saves and all that. nVidia has to decide they want to deal with managing the game, then they ask the dev if they can host it.

I have a GEForce GT730 (Zotac International) graphics card (1023 MBs of VRAM), 8 GBs of RAM, and an AMD A10-5800K CPU. Reason I want it on GEForce Now is simply because I can afford 7 dollars, not the 50+ it'd take me to upgrade probably my entire computer, since I also have a slowly failing Asus sound card and a relatively okay ASROCK FM2A85X Extreme-M motherboard.

And also only like 3 basic fans that can't keep my computer cool at all, so I literally have no choice but to keep my CPU below half it's capability because of said cooling problem, even with it cleaned of all dust and the cooling gel (or whatever it's called) replaced.

Where do you live? Because 50 dollars really won't get you a 'good' computer part.

Ultimately modern games really need some pretty beefy hardware due to lack of optimisation and lots of background processing happening. After all, this game has an entire galaxy going on.
