If your dedicated server is on a different computer but located in your house still, you would need to find out what the ip address of that computer is. Google is your friend to help you out with that that way I don't need to enter in 4 different ways to get your local ip while trying to guess what OS your using on this second machine.
And ignore what Slartibartfast said in the second half of his paragraph, your ip is already out there. Its apart of the norm with today's technology. I've been hosting my own home-lab with 2 physical dedicated servers for games and home automation and services, I always see hundreds of ip address pinging my network attempting to connect and always failing and then getting blocked. There's only so much that one can do to mitigate it but there is no cure. Hackers will be hackers.
