If I happen to be on the galaxy map, what will happen when I chain commands is that it doesn't register anything at all for a minute or two (no sounds), then "catches up" and seems to recognize everything I issued while "frozen" (and I hear like twenty commands issued in a second)
If you could send that file to us (via a file hoster as it can get quite big) it would help us tremendously to find and fix the issues you're having! You can send it to koonschi@avorion.net or post a link here.
I don't know what this graph represents.
I just sent a scout ship on a 29 jump route, exploring a set of green blips. For several minutes the single-player server would halt every 10-15 seconds for 20 seconds. It’s still doing it now, resetting my hyperspace charge time from 33 seconds to 53 seconds.
Update: halts of 30-60 seconds are now commonplace. I really have to wonder why I’m still playing.
In any case, while you can avoid the problem by running only a single ship, that's not acceptable to me. Mining and salvaging are extremely boring, and I'm not about to start doing it manually.
I've shelved the game until this gets fixed.
