How do I set up Automated Raw Mining?

Hi guys, I'm a returning Avorion player, I have not played for I think about 2 years, a lot has changed and it's exciting! However, I am totally lost on how to set up the Automated Raw Mining Process.

Previously, it was super easy to just tell a ship to mine and that was the end of it.

Now I see that you have to mine the ore, collect the ore, dump the ore off at a Refinery to then have it turn into the actual mineral to use.

How in the heck do I automate this? Is this even possible? ):

You don't *have* to use the new "R-Mining" lasers. They are a LOT better but you can use the old ones too. It is possible to automate it, easy in fact. You tell your ship to mine and loop until it's cargo is full and then you tell it to go to a system with a refinery in it and tell it to refine ores and once it's done it will automatically collect them then just rinse and repeat.

Oh, so just queue up both of those commands and it'll loop infinitely?

Press M for map, click the ship, hold shift to enchain commands, mine , refine, loop. You can even include jumps with right clicks

I told the bot to extract resources and return to process them . If you hover over the bot on the map, all the previous actions are visible, but how do I make it repeat (loop) the actions?

Only while holding shift, there should be a new button that becomes visible at one end or the other of the commands that actually looks more like an undo button, but that’s your loop button.

Thanks. The main thing is not to let go of the shift and it will appear .

Strange, I entered the command 1 fly, 2 mine, 3 fly, 4 recycle, 5 repeat. But the bot started saying that I can 't repeat this command. (nothing to recycle ) is this a bug or something? I thought after 5 command repeat it will return to 1 command . (

Everything is now clear ))). Need to 1 command was production resources.

Keep in mind guys there is less management needed if you only drop miners in areas with high asteriod counts. The R mining though has more steps also produces a ton more reward. The other method is very slow though you get instand results.

So would you like a dollar a day for a year? Would you rather $500 today? Think about that carefully and consider the days in a year......Mining in Avorion is pretty much the same way.
