Urgent Delivery Missions activate randomly like distress calls; it usually broadcast a need to deliver a certain amount of goods to a certain sector within a certain time limit.

how to find the sender? I never found any in the target sector

The sector you need to go to will have a white ! on it, but this is just the delivery location. You need to go find and buy the items they want yourself from where ever you can find them. They won’t appear until you have the required goods.

Find the goods requested and bring them to the location specificed until time runs out.
