Fidget

Okay.
So I used the Hyperspace Interrupter. Fidget pops up and spreads all over the place while gloating. Using interruptor again. No effect.
Okay, off to interwebs I guess. Pathnotes (and the only little information I managed to scratch) say that it can be stunned by electric damage. It does not.
What do I do about that fidgeting annoyance, other than shrug and leave the sector?

Sometimes you find an item in secret/hidden stashes called 'hyperspace interruptor'. Using it summons a hostile ship that teleports around if shot.
I guess few realize you need to use it to summon the boss, not find a boss first and then use it. The description in misleading.

i put out a couple of wings of fighters. they chased it out to to 20ish km when fidget popped away. when they hit it, it popped back to me. when i hit it, it popped back to the fighters. my fighters and i played fidget ping pong for about ten minutes, but i got it in the end.
not sure if it always works that way. high alpha weapons will help.

*alpha damage is the damage of the first hit on the target only

Probably intended to be defeated with Kinetic Torpedoes (highest damage against Hull scaling with speed against an enemy that has no shields by default), though it also can be defated with strong Cannon turrets fairly easily.
