Empty Equipment Dock
Regressed to 30.2 to play with mods while everyone catches up, and now the Equipment Dock in my home system is totally empty. As in not a single thing for sale.

One of your mods is out of date. I think any mod that adds equipment that's using an outdated method for adding the equipment can cause this.

A comment I left on the Not Enough Turrets mod:

For anyone that would like to get this mod working again until the mod author updates it:

You need to make a couple simple edits to one of the mod files: upgradegenerator.lua (you can use any text editor, such as notepad.)
For me, that file is located here (default install path): C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\445220\1842187811\data\scripts\lib\

There are a whole 2 lines of code within the file. Simply remove the "UpgradeGenerator" and the dot (.) from the start of both lines, so they end up looking like this:

add("data/scripts/systems/awcivilian.lua", 2)
add("data/scripts/systems/awmilitary.lua", 2)

Save and close. :) Hope this helps others!

You would have to try and figure out which mod you have that's doing this and update it. So in your case, the file path I quoted above may be different after the \445220\ piece.

Thanks for the feedback.

The mods in use were fine before the patch, and my rolling back to 30.2

Would that still cause the issue?

I've checked the MOD menu and all those in use report being up to date.

I use the mod, 'more turrnts in equipment docks' and it was the same last night, empty.
It shows as white in my mod list too.
Disabled the mod and it put stuff back in them though.

I'll try fury's fix and see if it works tonight, hopefully the mod will be updated soon.

Oh, I misunderstood. Apparently, the mod has been updated to the latest patch, and I've rolled back the version. Which is causing the issue.

/facepalm

Yeah, unfortunately, even if it shows white that doesn’t mean much. It just means the mod author hasn’t done anything in their modinfo.lua file to mark which versions it’s good for.
