Changing Home Respawn Location

Playing with friends on a new private server, but we are experiencing some frustration with the game mechanics, as apparently we cannot buy reconstruction tokens until we are maxed on NPC rep and thus, we are forced to start over at the starter system any time we die and spend 30-45 min trying to path back to our last position.

Is there any way to change faction requirements to be able to purchase these reconstruction tokens or any other work around??

Wait for a fight to break out between the residing faction and another faction. Fire at the attackers, assisting the local faction in the fight. They will immediately change your standing to excellent. Then you can change your reconstruction location to their repair dock after paying a fee.

So far none of us can change our reconstruction location with any faction, even though we are already at "excellent" rating with several factions. No options of any kind comes for any player.

Not sure if this is a bug or if there is a setting we are overlooking within the server ini ??

Well looking at what each difficulty setting does, apparently Hardcore and Impossible settings take away your ability to use reconstruction tokens, makes no F'n sense!

Apparently you have to drop the difficulty several notches down to "Expert" in order to get reconstruction tokens to even work. No idea WTF the devs were thinking when they made this change??

Basically telling players we have to play a very specific way with ZERO ability to make changes in any config / ini file on these choices. We aren't able to find anything to toggle on/off reconstruction tokens.
