crafting block
Hy

i hav try to build a energie cell Station XXL with 96000/s crafting "power"

but its the same as without the crafting block ... i get only 4 with 1 "work" and that 6*

so work the crafting block only for the fighter ? or is ther a min time / max number for the work speed ?

The assembly block works for fighters and for stations. But a product will always take a certain time to produce - you won't be able to get it lower than that. So if adding assembly blocks makes no difference you're already at the maximum in crafting speed you can reach.

ok

but why can´t i "craft" more items if i hav more assembly blocks ?

lets say a energie cell need 100 "points" ... so if i hav 1000 crafting points i can craft 10 items at the same time


with the system now its useless to build big stations !

You can craft more items by using the upgrade feature in the trade goods windows. Each upgrade adds another production line.

yes ... but it only add 1 per upgrade ... and if you hit the XXL ( 6 production line ) you can´t up it more ... and you din´t need a big station for it !


so you can build a low lvl station up it to XXL and you get the same items as if you build a 8mio mass station with 100k craft power !

Sure but you need cargo space to store what you produce. And you need big shields to protect it. And you need big generators to power it... But if you are fine with a weak no cargo space XXL station.... thats your call.

more cargo = more time for the NPC to "spawn" and buy your stuff ( so a 10*10*10 block is ok )

and you din´t need shields ... i never see that a sektor without me get pirats attacks ... so i think its save

and the power ... well a cargo block din´t need so much ;)

my setup for a low lvl station is :

( 10*10*10 blocks )

2 Cargo blocks
1 crow block
1 energi block
1 Hanger ( if you need it )

and it work :/ ... thats why its sad that you can´t build a Big Mega Ultra station that craft 10000.. items ... ever if you hav the mony and ressurce

Apparently you didnt see the recent topic where someone complained about pirates warping in and blowing up their newly made sation.

nop i din´t see it

but i hav some stations and still din´t get a attack on it

hmm ... well i din´t build it the mid of the sector ... and the sector hav still def ships

So you built your station in an AI faction sector where they have combat ships that attack pirates and lots of other AI things that pirates would attack other than your own.

hmm .... so can it be that my ship attack random a A.I. ship and the sector get down ?... or is it like x3 Reunion ?

so ever if you hav 100 ships that attack the pirats it din´t get a random attack to the A.I. ships ?

what i will say / ask

you get most of the time "collateral dmg " on A.I. ships if you fight to close to them

so a auto turret target a enemy but a Frendly A.I stand in the way

thats the "random attack" ... and thats why i deaktiv all my auto turrets if i fight in a Frendly sector close to frendly A.I. ships


but what is with a sector where no play is ( off sector that only hav player ships but not a player )... will it like " X3Reunion " a speci system that only work with the number form the ships ... or will it like if a player is in the sector ?

the thing is :

work with the number = no fail in targeting the enemy and hit random frendly ships

Um I havent played X3. In this game, enemy ships only appear in your current sector. If you leave that sector with enemies behind they will stay and destroy your things. Sectors remain active after you leave them for awhile but no enemies will appear unless you are there.

so you din´t need shilds for your station if you kill all the enemy befor you leav the sector ;)

so jump only in your "base" sector if a Pirat or Xeno ship spawn ...( so the next spawn is some time later and you hav time to build your station )

and if a enemy still spawn in that time you kill it fast and after you leave you din´t need def in that "off sector"

Sounds about right, though, I would add some shields to the station to prevent any damage while you are killing invaders.
