These missions are timed quests to locate purchase and return with the desired product for a profit larger than the typical value. Since the game contains many many different types of wares it may be difficult to locate these in time.
I typically do not take one of these types of missions unless I already have a source for the goods.
The missions provide no help as to where to locate them and the time lines are impossibly short unless you have a source. I suggest ignoring them until you see one that you know you can find. You may incur a minor faction penalty for failing the mission.
