How can I reach the Center of the Galaxy ?

1: jump core made of Avorion will allow you to jump over the rifts.

2: get all 8 XSTN-Ks, find a certain hidden mass system, equip 8 ships, each with a different XSTN-K, and park them in front of the correct asteroid.

Here is a link to the wiki that explains what you need to know. Destructively Phased is correct but getting the 8 artifacts requires completing 8 quests some are very easy and some take a while.

so is this basically end game once done you are imortal comparied to other players that have yet to do it on the server?

The end game is what happens after you get through to the center. Without spoiling too much there's another boss to fight and getting through the circular barrier is how you gain access to Ogonite and Avorion tier ores and turrets.

The game has actually a story. you dont have to do the story, but if you want to reach center you must do the quest. I like the fact that you really have to search for the information you need.
