Server unreachable

Hey i know theres been issues with starting/loading games was hoping someone can tell me if there is a fix for the server unreachable, i played aloooong time on a game and cam on today to finish that exodus misison and now it sas server unreachable, i really dont want to start fresh but may have to any ideas/help be appreciated

I'd double check to make sure that your firewall/antivirus isn't blocking it for some reason - other than that it could of failed to start up properly for some reason, so if AvorionServer is running in task manager you may need to "end task" it before trying again.
Unless of course this has fixed itself since then as I'm really late to replying

no i still have the unreaahcable problem, i started a fresh game worked fine and after mining 20k iron it lost connection. im certain nothing is blocking it i have the same problem as i did with the other several saves saying server unreachable

UPDATE im not sure but i reset the firewall settings and got an old save working even tho theres nothing on it haha, but norton allows traffic and doesnt block so i dont know why resetting the firewall settings worked for that save. the other saves are still unreachable

Have the same problem... On pirated version, sorry, but I'm gonna to buy it!
So. About firewalls. Windows firewall is disabled... for some reason... I mean, COMPLETELY disabled. And my antivirus doesn't have a firewall because of free-ness (eh?) of it. But THIS error still appears.
I think error is in not-connecting between Avorion Server and Avorion itself. I got this idea when I've tried to launch a dedicaded server. It said "whoops, AvorionServer is launched, but it was launched by something else (whaa?) and I can't connect with it, so bye". Maybe, it's a pirated version issue... Gonna buy Avorion tomorrow - maybe it'll work.
