No, although I'm... not sure why that'd stop you from buying the game? There's other methods of streaming.

It's not, and neither was Zestiria. I streamed two playthroughs of Zestiria, and I've been streaming Berseria since launch.

Except, I streamed Zestiria without issues, but I don't use Steam Streaming, but OBS and never had an issue with it, and it works fine for Berseria too.

I beg to differ. I bought Zesty a couple months ago and invited someone to my stream here on Steam boardcast and as soon as they enter the channel the game went to a screen that said they dont allow streaming of the game.

Oh, Steam Broadcast. Many games have compatibility issues with Steam Broadcast, it's not a streaming blockade persay; just the devs not wanting to code Steam broadcasting into the game. Just use OBS or something.

Maybe the game itself is banned in your country? I honestly have no idea what else it could be, 'cause the game just isn't blocked for streaming.

I've already said I've been streaming the game since launch, and streamed two playthroughs of Zestiria. You can look me up on Twitch if you want... or watch another of many dozens streamers playing the game right now.
