Destroy Xenon CPU ship

Good morning
I have a xenon CPU ship that keeps disappearing and reappearing in areas of the timelines extension.
Each time I find it and remove its shield bar and most of its hull.
But one last part of the hull is invincible.
I've repeated the operation a lot of times, telling myself that maybe I had to do it enough times to destroy it, but nothing.
Has anyone managed to destroy it?
I also tried to board him but you can't board him.

I don't think it's supposed to be destroyable, but I'm honestly not sure what you're supposed to do with it other than temporarily disable it and then ignore it when it teleports away.

Next time I do the crisis, I'm gonna try teleporting the HQ on top of it, see if that does the job... Or crashes my game.

It's a bit of a let down.
You get the achievement of crisis averted so I guess that's it.
Also a bit of a downer you can't board it.

That ship is indestructible once it goes into "regeneration" mode. You're supposed to park ships on it and shoot it for eternity. It is quite a letdown. Hoped you could either destroy it or board it and obtain those "Xenon E" blueprints. Would have made it worthwhile.. But nope.

Has anyone tried teleporting the station over the CPU ship to see if it works to destroy it?
