If it's missing the executable you probably have some kind of antivirus that's deleting it for some reason. Disable it and verify integrity.

and even if you cracked the preload, its probably missing the executable since its a very small file and without it the rest is 100% useless

So i've been doing verifying integrity of game files.
the verify process was succeed, when i launch it the exectuable files are missing and after that it requires me to download an update also
probably downloading the Next-Gen patch (cause the download size was 15GB lmao), and i dont want to download it for some reason.

how can i get those executeable files back? or maybe place to download

Not sure if I'm missing something, but the estimated damage in vats is different than the one when you execute - for example it shows me that I can kill the enemy in 3 hits (the red HP bar shows
completely depleted), however when I execute those 3 hits (no miss) he's still left with 10-20% HP. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Delete Fallout4.exe and Fallout4Launcher.exe and verify the game cache.
All verifying does is reaquire missing files, so this may give you the "right" executables.

Can't be the problem. The issue is the missing executable.

If the executable was present and the game was crashing, then I'd start worrying about specs.

I wanted to try to make a mod for Fallout 4 again, but upon launching the creation kit i get greeted whith an error message stating that "ssce5564.dll" is missing.

I have no idea what that
that dll into the Fallout 4 directory where all the executables are and Creation kit started without a problem
