Usually Pre-Loads are compressed versions that are missing files (such as the executable) and are heavily encrypted.

When it's release day, you will download the remaining files and key that unlocks

How did you get off the bottom of the map?

I decided it was the AV. I got the exe from my personal machine but the AV still got all angry about it.

I don't care that it won't run on this machine, all I was asking about was why the executable
was missing.
