Hair Effects?
Ive tried changing every setting that makes sense to the max setting and facial hair still looks like sh!t. I know somethings gotta change it to make it look better since I saw a live stream earlier today where a guys face was incredibly detailed. My game looks nothing like that and the only things I have turned down are god rays, shadow quality and lighting quality and those are only toned down to medium. Any help is appreciated!

Only thing Im lacking specs wise is RAM and only by 2GB

Heres an example. This beard option looks disgusting. It doesnt even look like patchy hair, its just like smudged crayon or something like that

My game's maxed out and it takes somewhere over 2250 VRAM to play.

My beard is majestic, you have to use the full beard or survivor beard for full effect.

Im running the game at 60fps on my current settings. Theres nothing bad about my business, son. And if thats truly how that is supposed to look, that option shouldnt be there XD it looks aweful

It is. Op didn't even bother selecting a real beard, just scruff.
I was looking at other beards, they look fine. That beard option was just an example as there were several out in the game world. I didnt bother loading a save several hours behind where I am now in the game, I did the easiest option and went to the character creation menu to find an option that showed what I was talking about.
