If I sell my comic books, will I still keep the bonus I recieve?
I realised in misc I can get money from the comic books. Can I sell them without having to worry about losing the bonuses they give?

My racks keep getting knocked over even if no one is at said location. I had 4 racks filled and then I come back and some of them are knocked down on the floor and the rest are just flat missing

Same goes for weapons you want to display.

As things are you are much better off having your personal base away from others even if you build settlements which is a pain.

Same, I keep all my power armors on the roof. Haven't lost a single power armor yet, except for the one I forgot where I left it at during a stealth mission.

Furniture >> SHELVES

There's two styles of magazine shelfing. The metal "tower" style ones, and the wooden "tiered wall shelves" one. I like the wall shelves, 'cause I can lay the magazines all out to be viewed in their full glory, all at once.

I just restarted - decided I'd built Sanctuary badly, and it would be WAY too much of a PITA to fix it ... so, new game, and Console Commands HO! to get back to where I was for XP and resources/junk/etc. I'll miss some of the sweet guns and armor I'd collected, but, oh well! :)

To avoid people from messing your stuffs up, build a private shack, then hang near the doors with "Restricted Area" wall decorations. Your settlers won't ever come into that shack.

I swear i tried myself on my Sanctuary and it worked.

Just in case people think this is a joke or a troll.

I already did this when I could (when Fallout4 was released) and it works perfectly.

And yet, I had that very sign outside the door to my "shack" (a two-level monstrousity that was simultaneously too big and yet not big enough for my needs), and I would find settlers inside it ALL THE TIME. Go figure.
