Same here, but I am also using Vivid Fallout with it so it might be conflicting with the building textures.
Ressurrection is a cool mod and I love the sound effects, but it breaks pre combines which hurts performance, so I only ran it for a short time and then wen't to an earlier save to continue
Your original post says otherwise that you understood Peon's comment and the only one who's joking about it is Peon. So, if you want to argue with someone send him a message.
I heard that resurrection mod disables precombines which is bad for performance and could cause stability issues, which is why the ReGrowth Overhaul mod was scrapped.
But if that is incorrect, I would definitely use resurrection mod.
