There's a different project that'll patch the executable file, I think this is probably a better way to approach things if all you want is Japanese language.
I'm actually playing with japanese voices and french subtitles. I never managed to use the launcher but I manually changed the setings in the config file as suggested here
I didn't think that such a small change would do the trick and I wasn't even aware that this file existed in the first place :D
Edit: actually now, I have the whole game in English when I want to have the voices in Japanese and the subs in English...
They've already done it with Ferrel on Tomb Raider, Deus Ex and others -- @square - do it so I can give you my money.
Real thanks Artiom, it works fine thx to u
I´ll try that on Fedora and if it works, i love you :D
'C:\windows\command\start.exe' /Unix
You could do:
env WINEPREFIX="/Apps/.Final Fantasy X" /usr/bin/wine "C:\Program Files\StarCraft\StarCraft.exe"
Then you drop a .desktop launcher in /Apps and the data will be hidden while the launcher is present.
That's cause I usually drag and drop the whole linux path into the console... which is why the /Unix flag is there. ;-)
