also u can see it when u look at the minimap, the blinking red arrow blinks ALOT faster than normal
ive also done this on ff9, and even did a speed run where i managed a 1h:30m time on stream
Use UnX, it has a framerate counter that is not fooled by CheatEngine. In fact, any framerate counter that is, should be tossed out the window for inaccuracy. That includes MSI Afterburner and Steam.
Skyrim's physics engine for example; if you have the framerate above 60 then the physics go out of control.
And this doesn't do either. As other's have already pointed it out. Read the comments of wiser people than i on this topic @Kaldaien
I can notice the difference between 30 and 60fps.
at 30fps you can clearly notice stuttering on camera movements while 60fps is a lot smoother.
And especially because I'm using a 28" screen ~40cm in front of me.
you don't notice the difference so much on smaller screens like a 15" laptop screen.
The speed the camera moves at is generally slow enough that motion blur is not _too_ necesssary at 30 FPS. The game was always designed to run at 30 FPS, so long ago they figured out what needed to be done to keep it from being obnoxious :)
