Is there a mod for this?

Yes, the Farplane tool (see forum post here) has an option you can enable that will share AP across the party even if members have not had a turn in the field.

UnX does this, press Ctrl + Shift + A.

If they can get a working version :) LOL, I really screwed things up good with 0.8.x. Hopefully I have that stuff sorted out by 0.8.3.
