It won't open

Ive just bought this game and ive tried every option there is to open it on steam and ive verified the game files and it still wont open. i click play and it says Running then Syncing then nothing. if i could get help with this isue id apperciate it. thank you

You could try to run it from the local files?

The steam API can be oddly finicky for a lot of different games. Same exact thing happened to me with War Thunder.

You have to go to the game files themselves, and launch the application. Not through Steam.

I went to veiw local files and tried opening it from there

I have the same problem. Is there any way to solve this problem? Operating system: Windows 10

In particular, if you can't get it to run, please follow the instructions on looking for error messages in the event viewer and let me know what error messages you find. This may help me diagnose the problem.

When i try to run it through steam java i get this error message.
"could not find the main class: com. zarkonnen. airships. main. program will exit."

The game still doesn´t work, but i think i have a too weak laptop or it has something to do with this windows 10 incompability. I give up, but i will try again when i have a pc.

That does look like the game install is broken. Can you check there is a game.jar file in the main install directory? Sometimes overzealous antivirus programs (Kaspersky...) like to delete it because they think it's weird.
