Cutscenes capped at 31fps?! VRR nightmare

Is there a way to unlock or change these caps? My vrr range is 48 to 175 and I get about 100fps on average so not only are the 31fps cutscenes jarring, they also flicker.

I would like to say I did notice the fps was at 31 during a cutscene but I couldn't see 31 fps. If I limit a game to 31 fps it looks like trash. I play at 100 fps and I couldn't distinguish the cutscenes.

Yeah.. They're pretty obvious for a couple reasons. They don't use much GPU power, and Hair Strand is present in pre rendered scenes. In engine depends on your graphical settings but they're still locked to 31 unfortunately.

Every single cutscene CGI/Video or not is locked at 31. It's awful. Even just talking to people.

Cutscenes are unlocked, with the exception of the FMV cutscenes. However, even then, the mod replaces their crappy 31 FPS framerate limiter with proper 30 fps and the videos are finally "smooth" (as smooth as 30 fps can be) instead of judder fests.

Pretty much zero downsides. Worked my ass off to polish this thing over the past few days and I'm happy to say it handles all of the framerate problems the game has now.

Damn, man excellent stuff! Even menus lock at 61fps for me too. Super annoying!
