Cheating tools exists for this game, just to point out a few:

- Add Resources
- No Skill Cooldowns
- Refresh Skill Cooldowns

Of couse there are legiit players, but there are 100% cheaters taking advantage of this on the leaderboard, and makes no sense in a singleplayer game regardless - remove it

I have ways to find out who is cheating (most of them). Right now, first place on the leaderboard is held by "Byzantium" - he is a player from our Discord who also shares his builds and tips on how he managed to achieve such a high score. His score is 100% legit.

A score of around 50 million is possible. Anything significantly higher than that is very suspicious.

Yeah, no - I'm not pointing out specific people on the leaderboard, my point is that it's obvious *some* people have been using cheat software and by that taking a spot on the leaderboard. I could do the same just now, it's as easy as a few clicks, thus making a leaderboard in a game like this utter pointless. There a people legit fighting and spending hours on end, to crawl their way to the leaderboard, just to be run over by cheaters, cheaters are inevitable, cheats for this game are available.

"I have ways to find out who is cheating" - it doesn't matter that you do, there are cheaters regardless.

Thus my point still stand: remove leaderboards

The potential existence of cheaters does not necessitate removal of the leaderboards. You don't ban sports just because someone's cheated in them, you just ban that particular person from said sports.

If you have tangible evidence exempting personal testimony then by all means forward it to the dev. Otherwise, no.

It's a game, not real life - it's also called a personal opinion, just like yours. Agree to disagree. Leaderboard are pointless in a game like this, so yes
Congrats, those are some pretty impressive scores to post on a leaderboard you think is pointless, really. I'd love to hear about the builds you've been using, I'm sure there's something to learn from your successes when working to improve my own strategies.

If you really don't get my point about this whole discussion, which I made perfectly clear by now for everyone, I don't know what else to tell you. Leaderboaards doesn't belong in a singleplayer game like this, isn't it obvious?
I mean, I get that you don't like them and want them removed, but unless you're saying you cheated to put up a score that looks good but isn't as blatant as others "to prove a point" that doesn't seem all that relevant to what I was asking. If that's the case I guess it's a bit disappointing for me but I'll get over it.
I believe "yet another..." has youtube/video integration for verification, maybe this would help?

I think they only do this when there is a competition with prizes. If that would be a case we would do something similar.
It's not an important leaderboard and there's literally nothing at stake. Why remove it?
