Control reversal feels terrible
That bone altar that reverses your controls, along with any boss attack that does the same thing, makes the game briefly feel absolutely awful to play. Like I understand the intent of the challenge, but honestly I would rather have pretty much anything other than reversing controls

Hey! Thanks for the feedback. We will take a look into this to see if we might somehow make this feature better, but no promises.
Maybe him skill issue?

It's not that it makes the game impossible, it's just not fun at all.
It will be removed from the fight with Raziel. I was focused on Endless, but one of the next things is to add additional animations to bosses and new combat faze for Raziel.
For the corrupted shards event I haven't decided yet.
It's hit or miss with Raziel.

I'm fine with the confusion (control reversal) in small doses, like the combat shards, only because the slow motion makes up for it. When working with High Speed characters, the slow motion can actually help for a short while to dodge ground spike walls and barrages.
my suggestion is have it do some other random negative debuff. Increase damage received for a short time, slower attack, maybe half health? just throwing out random ideas. then on the harder difficulties, the player gets more than one debuff. I do like the idea of everything still slowing down so its somewhat managable and knowing it will end, just need to live long enough for it to wear off. I would also love the idea of having a rare "Elite" version of a specific mob spawn making them ideal to kill down for a large burst of Souls but not guaranteed unless you get enough "Rare %" increase for them to spawn.
My main issue with this one is the transition from reversal back to normal. There's no way to track when it's coming unless you are able to do the countdown in your head on top of everything else. I've lost track of the number of times I'd dodged right into a pile of aoe's because the timer for the reversal ran out right as I was hitting the button.

It can be a bit difficult to see depending on how chaotic the fight is, but there is actually a countdown above the bone pile. No such luck with the Raziel fight though, at least not as far as I've noticed.
