Below I have have put a link to an image that shows this option does not appear.
Will you be able to help/fix the bug?

Two new options are available under System -> Streamer Options
Usernames
Setting this option to "Hide" will replace other player's names with "NET-A" etc, to avoid disruptive usernames while streaming.
Lobby Names
Setting this option to "Hide" will replace lobby names on the lobby list with the host's SteamID, to avoid disruptive lobby names while streaming.
Also, the runaway beard being captured gave me a chuckle.
Fixes:
Locations will be used up once its bounty target is defeated.
Shops will turn dark 7 turns after appearing, and that means that after the next visit they will despawn. In addition, shops will be immediately used up once they run out of stock.
When you challenge and KO someone who isn’t on the Bounty Board, a public bounty for your head goes up onto the Bounty Board, and you gain the Assassin's Badge inventory item, which enables you to acquire PVP bounties from Homes.
While holding the Assassin’s Badge, private bounties you procure on others reward 4 fame and goes up by 1 per completed bounty. The badge also grants an additional round of battle when challenging other players, making hunting down lively prey for contracts that much easier!
Any player can defeat someone on the Bounty Board to be rewarded with the Fame count as described on the bounty on their head, which will remove them from the Bounty Board and make them lose their Assassin’s Badge and any private bounties they held. The bounty amount for players on the Bounty Board starts at a reward of 2 and goes up by 1 for every player they challenge and KO, up to a maximum of 9.
These are presented at random for the player to pick, and will not appear again
These gains vary from statistical boosts to cost cuts, etc.
Harbinger's Doom adjusted:
Targeting now considers other players in proportion to how far away they are from the lead player in fame; you will not be targeted if your fame is lower by 7 or more than the lead player.

Units who dealt damage to The Harbinger no longer gain Fearless Hunter.

Every 5 turns, marks 3 panels at random and skips turn to then jump on and slice in a 1-panel AoE (3x3) distance to deal 2 damage and apply Curse.
Drops Rogue's Twin Blades: Allows you to perform critical hits at a 20% rate.
Stats: 7 HP, -1/-1/-1
Cannot be damaged or KO'd outside of battle. If the opponent is defeated in battle, steal 1 fame, gain a stack of Star Eater and heal 1 HP if not Awakened. Give 2 fame + stolen fame when KO'd. After battle, warp to a random panel.
Drops Dark Chocolate Star: Grants 3 stars for each point of damage dealt in battle and enemies lose 3 stars for each point of damage received in battle.
Can sell items to players, immune to events and card effects.
