Pirate system
Ok am I missing something? hours spent to finally get this flipping conflict scanner installed and careful free panning in the galactic map, not ONE fng system that I checked has anything about pirate controlled, so what did I miss?

If you're looking for it for expedition 6, Wait on that milestone until near the end of the expedition and you are in the new galaxy. There's several outlaw systems very close to the planet that it drops you on when you portal to the galaxy.

I hunted an outlaw system down prior to that, in the original galaxy, and jumped like 1800 LY to get to it. There may be some closer, but I had to really look to find them. In the 2nd galaxy I found several just 'right next door' when at the milestone to build a base. I ended up building my base for the final milestone in one of them.

There is a system near the rendezvous two I believe. If you are doing it in order. It was called Celenkik or something like that. I’m not at my computer to check. I made a base next to the pirate system there in the closest system. The base names the pirate sector location. You can teleport to the base and warp to it if it is visible.

Also some players mentioned another system on the way to the waypoint but I didn’t follow the route exactly. I had enough jump to to just hit the waypoints.

Maybe someone else knows the system.

The system I found wasn’t super close but I think it wasn’t that far out. The scanner was how I found it.

i was in 5-6 pirate systems, on my journey so far, now for some days all their teleporters are forbid me to travel to those pirate systems. didnt warp in a new pirate system tho to see what will happening.

ranygi VI was it called? that system in expedition 6.
there was a website i was shown in a previous expedition that had a list of planets. the list was updated to expedition 6 and included the pirate system.

I used the economy scanner and went to a black market system to find the pirate system.

There is more than one, I think. I also found one, by the name of 'Nondumta' near R2.
The expedition path took me there on the way to R2.
I don't upgrade my starter ship for a while because the expeditions usually do that for you, when you need to go to some particular types of systems/planets. They will often be on the way to one of the Rendezvous points, so long as you don't skip systems.

The completion in me makes me try and do things in order, despite having 3/4 of the stuff unlocks, (the spamming unlock new rewards messages rivals most strobe lights, appreciate the tip about the 2nd galaxy, making me randomly jump to system after system and not have them anywhere near the Expedition route while denying us the ability to craft a antimatter unit in a base during something TIMED is a ♥♥♥♥ move. Figures we get a flipping base when were basically done.
Jaggid Edje Dec 16, 2022 @ 8:01am
You know you can 'craft' anti-matter, right?
You don't really need that much of it for the expedition as a whole that not having the industrial anti-matter unit matters that much.
I didn't even try this, but can't you just build one on your freighter, for that matter?

Are you flipping kidding me hunger games? why in the F was I directed to craft a flipping conflict scanner and go through all that flipping bs when I coulf built the flipping economy one the 1st day. Some of us have jobs and don't have time to game for days on end...honest to flipping god..Anyhow my ire is not directed at you personally, I would have had this friggin thing done by now had I known this, so I guess I'll craft this flipping thing. Ive only destroyed 650 friggin sentinals trying to get that damned walker brain...Oh if you count the interceptors its more like 1300 or so.

Conflict scanner is the game's idea of the best scanner for the job, but the economy scanner works to find them as well. It shows the Skull icon to indicate it is a 'black market system" for economy type with the economy scanner.

yes and that takes chromatic metal, and seeing as you need that for 8/10ths of the things we build in this game, I like to craft only as I absolutely need antimatter.

Sure, but materials required to make chromatic metal are also on every single planet. so it's not exactly like it's a big deal to use it for one more thing. BTW, I also only 'craft' it when I need it, so I hear you, I just also don't think it's an issue in the expedition. Molehill =/= Mountain.

Agreed, when your not spending hours destroying fkng sentinals to craft a scanner that doesn't tell me ♥♥♥♥, while another player was kind enough to mention the economy one. I don't jokinly call this game no mans INVENTORY for kicks you know, I only build whats needed,
Jaggid Edje Dec 16, 2022 @ 8:20am
LOL, yah, more people really ought to mention the economy scanner. I try to in every thread where people talk about walker brains, but my post tends to get drowned out by all the people who give advice on how to get walker brains without mentioning, you don't actually need to bother getting them for that.
