Portal Interference - need help please

Hey guys, somehow i trapped myself in a stupid situation. everything works fine atm except for one thing, whenever i try to use the planet portals, i end up on the same planet no matter what glyphs i enter. It says portal interference and i cant call my ship, build or anything. Theres a trading station near but no ships land there.
I'm not sure what this caused but a few days ago i visited an activated indium farm but didn't use the portal back, i didn't know this was an issue. Unfortunatelly i used a base teleporter to get to my homebase so i can't go back to that system (it's like 300 warp jumps away).

Anyone knows a fix for this?

Strange the "portal interference" was removed a few updates ago.

Are your files up to day?
Are you using mods?
Have you tried save-reload?

Yes my game should be up2date, i started playing 2 weeks ago (pc).

No i'm not using any mods.

Yes i tried that, i end up on the same planet everytime. Actually i loaded the save before the portal use to not get stranded, but well i don't wanna keep playing without portals.

have you tried simply deactivating the stargate? just inferface with it again (get the gate coordinates and smartphone those) case the planet your on is worth a re-vist) and simply back out, gate should deactivate.

You should check to make sure your game really is up today. I'm sorry I don't have any idea how to do that

Ok i tried all the things.

-First the Game is up to date. (oct 2021)
-I tried deactivating the Portal, this works first, but when i want to activate it again it doesnt ask for glyphs it rather opens the old connection, ending up like before.
-I tried getting the ship with navigastion data, it just says ship not in range.

i feel pretty lost now -.-

the only active quest is "patterns in time", ive not doing any of the sub-quests lately. might that be?

also it seems like only this portal leads me to the interference. i went to another portal and returned to that indium farm, the travel worked fine, but the portal does not close anymore. its permanently open (went back and forth 5 times), even the console doesnt come out anymore.

This Happened to me a couple of days back. I Found Under "X" Menu an Option To Return to the Anomaly... The Sphere with a Reverse Arrow Over it.

I could not call ship, and I could not Re-Activate the Portal.

I tried switching the glyphs but it didnt work :/

But the problem is solved now, thank you all for your help :)

Someone here once mentioned that portals have a plinth at either end. Supposedly, one side is used for scripted quests where the destination is set for you; the other has a manual dial.
