He said GTX, you said RX. Not only are these not the same cards, they arent even the same GPU manufacturer lol.
Hmmmmm ok. Didn't notice the gtx. Was skimming through and noticed nelfie mentioned "who the hell uses a 480 anymore". That's why I responded.
I can't get it to run on my washing machine either!
Hey, I find that offensive ;)
I use 4GHz i5, 16GB pc1600, 2x asus gtx480 and some fast ssd disks to run anything i want to play and with pretty decent fps. I mean, it's a giant heater rly, but it still does it's job and a game like no mans sky was no problem before.
Anyway, i wanted to say, that Nvidia Fermi chips Vulcan support strategy is a little disappointment for an old gamer like me and I agree that Steam should correct No mans's sky requirements.
Im running it on an RX 460 and it runs fine for me. Not on ultra but medium settings with smooth 30fps.
