according to the wiki you can get the different milk and egg types from;

wild milk - antelopes and rodents
fresh milk - cows
craw milk - rideable butterflies and beetles, or protoflyers
warm protomilk - biped bears

creature egg - triceratops
giant egg - diplos
tall egg - striders
silicon egg - chromatic metal

if you know what systems/planets along the rendezvous route have these creatures, please comment.

also interested in any swamp worlds on the rendezvous path

I have been struggling hard to find a swamp world, and I am not sure what you mean by anomaly fave list...?

Was having a helluva time finding a Swamp World. Went off the beaten path, and picked a Yellow star. Got lucky.

According to the Wiki, the Swamp world falls under the Marsh Biome (https://nomanssky.fandom.com/wiki/Biome_-_Marsh)

When searching for a Swamp world, look for planets that have the following in their description:
1. Marshy 2. Swamp 3. Tropical 4. Foggy 5. Misty 6. Boggy 7. Endless Morass
8. Quagmire 9. Hazy 10. Cloudy 11. Vapour 12. Reeking 13. Murky 14. Damp

Works out so much easier when they've already been discovered. I wish I could remember the system, but was ecstatic and left to work on Explorer Guild Stuff and try to find a frigging Exotic planet for my last discovery. Found 4 - don't know where, but got 'em.

i mean this nexus spacestation, which can be called after your first warpjump
when you use its teleporter there are some favorite some kind of space station, a gaint sentinel and a giant juke box
