such is the way of rng but it sure feels like the deliberately made earth-like planets harder to find.
For finding a planet you like you can only visit as many stars as possible with the mentioned letters. Get some warp fuel stocked and then look at planets in each system. Scanning also helps as it reveals the type. The 11 type names you are looking for are here: https://nomanssky.fandom.com/wiki/Biome_-_Lush
If the name does not match one of those it will not be earth like and you can skip visiting. Except if you are also looking for earth like looking radioactive worlds or others.
They exist but are hard to find as it is easy for one color to be off. Even when the colors are right then constant storms or aggressive sentinels can ruin it. The more things having to match the harder it gets.
Like mentioned above, I look for yellow systems in the mid temp range with water. More of chance of finding them in larger systems. I'm not a huge fan of extremely mountainous planets, so I rule those out immediately.
Also, way more prevalent in lush galaxies like Eissentam.
Good luck.
This turned out to be true. Luckily found a F5pf and found 2 paradise planets and an overgrown. none of them earth like but definitely hit some kind of jackpot

Note that the search is a permutation of about six elements (green ground, blue skies, no storms, no rocks forest, etc). Literally these type of planets are one in a million. It's easier to win the lottery.
"G0" is my favorite star system to look. Half of the times appears a lush planet in good condition, but the correct colors will hardly come out.
