I'm getting Micro Stutters on a RTX 2070 Super
As the title implies I'm getting micro stutters running on Ultra 1080p on a friggin i7 9700K CPU and RTX 2070 Super with 16GB of ram. I also have NMS loaded on an SSD. What the hell is going on? This shouldn't be happening at all. My CPU and Card are WAYYYY beyond the recommended specs of this game. Also if I uncap the FPS I get well over 100 most the time. How would this ever dip below 60 if it's never nearing that. It seems like the frame pacing is just terrible for some reason.

It is more then likely coding issues. I have the same problem. I have a 3700x and 5700xt and 32GB of ram and the game is on an NVME SSD. This issues if for sure a coding issue or graphic on their end.

I had exactly the same issue: high FPS with 2700X and 2080 Ti, but it was unable to maintain a 60 FPS lock with VSync. The fix was to spoof the GPU so that the game thought it was an AMD card rather than an Nvidia one, and it's worked perfectly ever since. It's really easy to do that on Linux, but I have no idea about Windows.

The Linux CPU scheduler is supreme, Windows will never be able to match that (unless some rumors are true I keep seeing about Windows switching to the Linux Kernel and overlaying Windows on top of it, I dream of the day lol).

Hey thanks everyone. Turns out the the game only utilizes at default 3 cores high and a measly 2 cores low. I have 8 cores so I rewrote in the ini file to use 6 cores high and 4 low. Fixed everything, runs smooth as butter now.

Can you tell us in more detail what exactly and where exactly you copied? For I am faced with the problem of the appearance of a black screen for no reason, the sound is the game is working, but there is no picture, maybe this will help
