That one looks like its been "edited" from a C class Experimental to an S class possibly by someone who only knew that the S class Experimental has 100% scanning. My S class Experimental has different (and much better) stats.

Or maybe its a PS4 or X box version?

Only Alien versions tend to give better Damage bonuses, this one is experimental and has scannerf boost 100, which seems ok to me for Experimental

I have never seen an S Class multitool. Mines an A Class 24 slot - and I can't find the formulas to fill up the slots.

Buy modules, not formulas ;-)
3 each of the S-Class modules for the types of tools you like it use.
I have my Scanner, Mining Laser, Plasma Launcher, and Bolt Caster, all maxed out. I have a couple extra slots, but I haven't decided what I want in them. Maybe geology cannon or javelin.

IF the planet name isnt the same something isnt right. My friend had this when he joined my game after i had got it, and he went to planett as i was still beside the multitool and he saw something completely different, however, once he reloaded his game via play game not join game every aligned for him and he was able to collect it.

Bolt Caster? Why not the Pulse Spitter? I've got mine up to a magazine size of 152 and it has a blistering fire rate. If the Deuterium is an issue, it can be crafter from Tritium and something else which i forget off hand.

Has no meaning to me, when you go the galaxy map you don't see cood's or planet names, so this info is useless.

Read posting from HarryBalls, you know, the first one.

My screenshot ist to show that I am on the same spot. And yes, you don't see coodinates from ship. So, land, scan, run a bit to see in which direction you should fly, after some time check again, correct and so on.

So, I searched couple hours only to find nothing.

If your having trouble finding an S-Class Multi-Tool then simply invest 2 minutes in YouTube, at least 2 of the big NMS contenters have posted vids this week on how to get one, or just check the NMSCoordinateExhange on Reddit where you can find locations for S class ships and multitools in about ten seconds, most are in Euclid though so if you already went through to the new galaxy it may be a bit tougher
