Also prove that this isn't just the sdtandard EULA in every single Bandi-Namco game that isn't always relevant to every product.
Yes, but where in the EULA? The very long and written in legalese EULA.
Perhaps because it's not true?

There is no real point to trying to fight against it anymore as its everywhere, even on consoles these days.
However there is one easy way to fight back: get a good adblocker, alot of your data is sold to advertisers so they can target ads of stuff you like in your direction. Use firefox with uBlock Origin, it works pretty much everywhere even on youtube. Also has some adblockers for twitch as well that work... well sometimes they aren't perfect. I mean even the FBI reccomends you use an adblocker as it closes off many vectors of attack for a hacker to get into your pc. Youd be shocked how many major pc viruses were spread via ad networks and such.
Windows 11 is a big example of this they give the OS away free, because they can legally spy on you as its in the terms of service and you cannot do anything legally against it as installing and using the OS means you agree to that info being collected. They make more money off selling your data to companies than they would selling the OS. Thankfully there are lots of 3rd party apps that can completly disable or outright remove almost all of the spying crap in windows 11. Windows 10 has some of this spyware as well, but its not nearly as bad as it is in windows 11.
