Unable to Start Ascension as the Tribe

Hi!

I am trying to play the Ascension mode as the Tribe, but it says that I need to win a classic game first to be able to do that. Thing is, I did win a classic game — after I beat the Basilica, I chose to continue the game in the infinite mode, and when afterwards I decided I don't want to continue, the game seems to have an issue with this and still treats me as if I didn't win, thus keeping the Ascension locked.

Is this a deliberate choice or a bug? Seems weird to treat a faction as a loser after I clearly won and just decided to cancel the infinite run.

I think you have to deliberately lose the run in Endless for it to count. (There's a separate bug right now where playing Ascension mode and going into Endless mode counts as 2 victories.)

Sorry fot his bug, it might be indeed because the game didn't actually "end" and therefore wasn't recorded as a victory
