need explanation - the north -> activae 3 depot

I think I had 3 depots on every possible terrain. But get no achievement.
What I have to do exactly?

You need each depot to gain from every possible terrain on that grid. The wood depot needs to be connected to all the forests, the food depot to all the plains, etc.

Essentially you need to have the terrain types entirely connected together
