Unable Skip Port

I have only 1 option. Refill defense.
Free upgrade and Advanced upgrade unavailable

in my "Extreme mode" run i have 3 military hospital in my deck. and I played the whole game with 1 health. this port can ruin my game and games other players

@24 Yeah I brought that up earlier in that each location should have a skip option. Could be for "free" but honestly, I'd suggest it should just let you pick 50 resources of your choice on skip.
