HTC Vive Tracking Pucks issue, one spazzes out.

bought the pucks a while ago, and the straps just came in so i wanted to test them out, turns out, two work just fine, but the third one is just spazzing out, if you hold it completely still it will work just fine, but as soon as you move it, it stars glitching like it's a half life prop ready to eject gordon into terminal velocity. i don't know if i messed up something down the line but i don't have any kind of option to reset it and try again. anyone have any tips? Like i said the other two work just fine, and the headset too, of course, so there's no problem with the base stations, and i tried all the usb ports, made sure they were all 3.0 or better, and still, the same thing with the one puck.

Just to verify its always the same one (physically) if so maybe you should try to RMA sounds like it may be damaged

I mean if you got a warranty on it, try to use that, contact the support of HTC and get there fixes and stuff, if that fails I think they got a warranty and then you may need to send it to them for replacement/fixing

i bought it off of amazon, would that be a problem?
