Steam VR Oculus Quest 2 problems I had and fix

Doing this simple stuff worked for me at least. I was pretty frustrated at first after updating SteamVR and the Meta app.

Getting loads of problems with games automatically starting in SteamVR after the latest update, even if launched outside of steam without steam running. Didn't seem to be a way to run games by that via steam anymore. Games run through SteamVR overlay / home were just going to black screen, or crashing. Starting games in Air Link even caused the same problems, without steam even loaded.

-----The fix was to ensure I wasn't running a beta version of SteamVR (properties, beta, none), and to restart my PC and headset after setting my default runtime to openxr and not steamvr in the Meta app, and also in the virtual desktop app, there it is called VDXR instead of OpenXR. I also changed the OpenXR runtime in the virtual desktop streamer app.-----

Make sure that it's a full restart of the headset, hold the power button to turn it off and then back on again, don't just restart it by the pop up window when tapping the button.

Now, running things through SteamVR works just fine for me and when I go into Air Link and run a game outside of steam, it just loads the game in OpenXR and doesn't bother with SteamVR.
