RMA Instruction Sheet?
So I am sending my Valve Index headset and cables back to Steam, and the instructions sent to me via the Steam Support ticket say:
"Steam will email you a shipping document which includes one pre-paid shipping label, three commercial invoices, two air waybill copies, and one set of FedEx return instructions. You can also access them from the Help Site. It is important that you include all provided shipping documents and RMA instructions with your return in order to receive a replacement. Please review the Index Return Packaging Instructions to ensure no damage occurs while your package is in transit.

Please use the list below to prepare your shipping box:
Print the shipping label and place on the exterior of the box.
Include the following items inside the box:
RMA instruction sheet, bar code up.
Valve Index HMD - Serial Number AUAB035500A6
HMD cable.
HMD three-way connector (USB/DP/Power) with power adapter."
QUESION: I have the FedEx return instructions, the shipping label, the waybill copies, and tne commercial invoices. But I don't understand what they mean by the "RMA instruction sheet, bar code up". Where do I find this RMA instruction sheet? Is it sent via a separate email? I only got the one email with all the labels, waybills, etc.

Help! I have also submitted a new ticket to Steam Support (since they already closed my first one, I cannot respond to it. :steamfacepalm: ). If anybody could please explain to me where I should be looking for this RMA instruction sheet, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

I recommend you put the quote from Valve in a [quote] so it is easier to read where the post itself is at :D:

Anyway I never did one myself, so not sure but I think it should be in the email, most seen talk about it seem to say they got it in the prints in the email it self from my understanding at least (email or ticket)

Hopefully someone that passed an RMA be around soon with more info
