What anti-virus your using? also did you try to restart the PC and try again?
First of all unplug your VR headset from your pc hdmi and usb.
Restart steam in administrator mode, run steam vr "for me steam vr did not start without starting steam in administrator mode".
Go to Steam VR settings, go to developer scroll down to "Remove all steamvr usb devices" ( Make sure your VR headset is unplugged from your pc).
Now close your steamvr than Plug your vr headset back in to your pc, restart your steam vr and you are normaly good to go "atleast this worked for me"
Fixed it! Thank you so much!
Thank you so much.
This worked for me.
Every time i started Steam Vr my Nvidia driver would crash.
I tried what you said and now it works.
Thank you.
I did this and it worked but when i rebooted to reconnect the headset it just crashed again
That sure as hell did it!
