VRinitError_IPC_NamespaceUnavailable: "Shared IPC Namespace Unavailable (310)"
This error is happening to me since I reconnected my computer in a new place (I moved to a new home). The USB might be connceted in a different place (if that has to do with it?). I am still trying to figure out how to uninstall steamVR completely. I tried uninstalling everything before with this guide (if it helps at all): https://steamcommunity.com/app/250820/discussions/2/1640917625015598552/

The issue is still occurring and I have no idea what to do. Help?

If it was in a powered USB hub before, is it in a powered hub now?

Only the Vive USB Dongles are in a hub.

You definitely need USB 3.1
About the guide ... i would first uninstall steam, then delete the files... cause it may be saved again
And naaah ... dont install it using browser
