Getting Mastery to 20 in each level doesn't require even close to all things completed.

Just play it, you don't even need to end the level to get the mastery points. You can save scum and do multiple kills to get unlocks from one save. You will earn the points/unlocks without even completing the mission.

But really, what fun is the game once you have EVERYTHING unlocked? Not much to do at that point. This isn't a random roguelike, not much to do once you 100% it.

Contracts and Escalations? Many of them require certain unlocks to do well, and they're quite a major part of the game.
