bulletin loadouts
what bulletins do you use,do they affect the game?
i dont like those +2%accuracy or reload bulletins,more using the production upgrades and veterancy boosts.

my current loadout is live and learn(+10%vet for rifles),backbone of the army(-10% build and reinforce time for REs and rifles) and lmg supplies(BAR unlockis 10% cheaper).i usually change the third bulletin every now and then,what are good bulletins,also for other factions?

Experience bulltetins are always good. Thank ♥♥♥♥ Volks dont get them lol. Most are only good if they stack e.g reload reduction for Panthers. The +10% sight range for the Tiger Ace was complete BS when I used it though. It could literally take on Jacksons at their own max range or at least close to it. One target weak point and you could kiss your Jackson goodbye..

well some bulletins are good for certain commander. I believe i saw someone use 3 survival instict(%3 harder to hit paras i dont know how it works though) so it must be working for him. I use lots of grenades so i got that reward grenade bulletin, otherwise i change them for 1v1 and 3v3-4v4. when grouped i either go for at penetration or tank stuff, when solo i go for accuracy/reload stuff

I'm not trolling anyone. This is honestly what I use. All the other stuff doesn't do ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

3% better accuracy? A tiny bit more damage? A penetration percantage that will not change anything, because it certainly will not up the chances to penetrate anything significantly enough? Unit build speed, although I never have enough spare ressources to make use of that? No, no, no, and no.

The only things that are worth it in any way are 10% faster vet on anything or better stacked on one thing, tripple stacked cost reduction or the ones for mines. 30% faster mine deployment is something to consider, trust me. And since it's something you'll use all the time in each and every match (at least when you know what you are doing and what munitions are for), then that helps a LOT. It's the one and only thing where I felt bulletins making a difference.

for wehrmacht i'm using +10% panther xp, +10% tiger ace sight range and +5% panther speed

what would be a good third bulletin:

-10%unlock cost for BAR(or bazooka)
+10%build speed for REs
+8% faster deployment of crew weapons
-5% cost for crew weapons
-6% surpression taken for every officer nearby
-10% cost and -5% build time for caches

most of em are AA bulletins btw.does anything look good?
what would you take?

If you are a cache builder take that if you forget or just dont care i would rather get BAR or crew weapons cost reduction depending on my play style. Supression reduction doesnt mean anythihng when you unlock captain

But prostruppen dont have training? Lol. Nah that makes it too obvious then..
reload, rate of fire for GI's and reload for ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Shermans. If I had one for a Jackson I'd take that instead.
