Vickers LMG is worse than Bren?

I've done a test on Infantry Section vs Obersoldaten. Then I've notice that Soldier with Double bren wins against LMGober but not Double Vickers LMG?

I've decided to test Double Bren Infantry sections vs Double Vickers LMG Infantry section.

Bren IS always wins no matter what range.

I know some weapons like BAR is better at short range than .30cal LMG.

But what happened to Vickers? it seems that it fire faster than Bren but it is actually worse?

It may be possible since you dont technicaly pay the weapons rax with the vicker. It s weird tho... good catch

I dont have the stats with tomies but for the UC the vicker k (the one you buy) only have something like 50% of the bren DPS it have vanilla. Did you try tomies with 2 vicker vs 1 bren ?
(That would mean the vicker have the same dps of a single DP-28...)

Vickers wins..... It is like slightly worse than Bren.
And the Weapon racks is free is not the best argument. The halftrack cost more than weapon rack. I always noticed that Engineers with Bren is also better than Heavy Engineers with Vickers. and Heavy Engineers move slower than normal Engineers.

How the hell are going to do that in Real game? You need an ally with Special weapon or maybe Heavy Engineers to die.

But I tried. Bren wins in short range but Vickers win in Point blank range. Very surprising though.

You morons dont know how to shoot!! commandos get a special version of vickers and bren, they can fire on the move with 40 % better accuracy than tommys can fire standing lol, does 2 extra damage i think.

How do you get Vickers LMG to Commandos in Normal match with randoms?

you have to have smart teammates. or just get lucky and scrounge one from a dead man

Did they ninja changed it? Last time I checked, post-realease BREN and Vickers-K had completely the same stats.

Sad thing is a Bren probably deals more DPS at near than a commando Sten would..

2 Brens + commando bonuses + ambush fire rate bonus.

Will it actually deal good DPS mid-range?
