Yeah, sure, and the original Scandinavian DLC did almost nothing for Norway. It was an absolute joke and disappointment when it came to Norway. They seem to, yet again, completely ignore Norway and just make tiny tweaks to the handful of barely worked on cities and the laughable few roads that's there compared to any of the other Nordic countries.
Strongly doubt it. Remember how the original Scandinavian DLC was. They completely screwed over Norwegians by adding close to nothing. The little they added was also a complete joke, with the cities being barely recognizable, not to mention the absolute JOKE they made of the roads. They completely ignored actual transport- and trade-heavy cities. Fredrikstad isn't even on the map, a major city at the border of Norway and Sweden with an industry transport field and port that's of major importance to international trade. It's absolutely staggering.
