I took a cursory look at that site but I did not see anywhere any mention of 400.
I can see probably 30 that may be staff in pictures, but no mention of 400. Where exactly did you see that?

it doesnt change the fact that 280 (probably above 300 now) is a lot, each person has its own work and a reworked trailer is all they can do?

NIS (Serbia) and INA (Croatia) are by far the biggest oil companies in the West Balkan and have the largest retail network. Nobody is even close. But nope, we are getting Austrian state oil company instead which has small number of gas stations.
Truly amazing.

Oh, there is more. It seems they created Ukranian gas station in Bosnia and Herzovina in the country where nobody has more 10% of market share at top.

Did he hurt your feelings? Anyway, he talks facts; this way it looks like SCS is simply throwing assets randomly on the map.

You are wrong about gas stations.
Since Scandinavia DLC SCS switched to create gas stations in Blender, and I won't write why is that bad for so many reasons as I wrote about that on their forum and my mod.
And since Scandinavia DLC their new Blender gas stations became parody of the real one. The original one in the base game and East DLC are not parody, they are indeed fictional.
But what are shown here in West Balkan is disgusting.
Why we are going to have OMV parody gas station (NADA) here when it belongs to Austria?
Why is there Ukrainian gas station (GRYFOIL)?

No way I'm going to support this level of trash nor I'm going to buy this low effort map DLC.

I don't know anything about 'Blender', but the gas stations in Norway, at least the ones called just 'Oil' is probably a pun or parody on the old 'Statoil' stations here. Statoil now called Equinor btw, but don't think they have gas stations anymore.

It's not really important anyway, as long as they have fuel!
